Every Saturday, 31st Avenue between 33rd and 35th Streets in Astoria closes to all motor vehicle traffic and parking, allowing the street to open up for walking, cycling, and outdoor activities, like dining and community programming Right outside Diamond Dogs on 31st Avenue & 34th Street!
